Does a FWS Program staff need an ASAP role to check their recipient’s drawdowns and account balances?

ASAP roles for FWS Program staff are not needed to check their recipient’s drawdowns and account balances.  To obtain that information, FBMS users can run the EMIS report “Grant Detail Query” or Display the Purchase Order.


Does a FWS Program staff need a special role in FBMS to see vendor record information needed to complete the ASAP Enrollment Form?

If the FWS Program staff does not already have access to display the vendor record, they will need to request that the FA_MGR role is added to their profile to access this information.  To request this role, they will need to follow their regional process for adding/removing FBMS roles.
