When you submit a booking request for the classcourse, note that there is no payment for the classcourse. You will be placed on an automatic wait list for the Basic, advanced Advanced and Lands Grant Management coursesclasses. You will receive an email from DOI Talent when you are actually enrolled in the class course (which should be approximately 8-10 weeks prior to the class course at the latest). Those enrolling in the Fundamentals of Real Property Technical Appraisal Reviews course can begin taking the course immediately after receiving your DOI Talent account approval (no wait list).
