- Obstacles you have encountered when administering CVA programs or projects
- "Reasonable open periods" as in the current rule, is very open ended. Do we need more in the regulation? Or, should we add in the Appendix as BMP? Some suggestions:
Pumpout/dump stations must be open during the same period the fuel docks are normally open.
Pumpout stations must be open when the marina is open and staff is present to pump out boats.
Pumpout/dump stations must be open during the hours considered to be normal marina business hours as adjusted by seasonal differences.
Pumpout /dumpstations should be open during hours that encourage boaters usage.
