    • Obstacles you have encountered when administering CVA programs or projects
    •  "Reasonable open periods" as in the current rule, is very open ended. Do we need more in the regulation? Or, should we add in the Appendix as BMP? Some suggestions:
      • Pumpout/dump stations must be open during the same period the fuel docks are normally open.

      • Pumpout stations must be open when the marina is open and staff is present to pump out boats.

      • Pumpout/dump stations must be open during the hours considered to be normal marina business hours as adjusted by seasonal differences.

      • Pumpout /dumpstations should be open during hours that encourage boaters usage.

      • Other?
