(b) This part of the Code of Federal Regulations tells interested persons what they must do to apply for, receive, and manage grants and cooperative agreements within the following Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR) financial assistance programs:
(1) the Wildlife Restoration program,
(2) the Basic Hunter Education and Safety subprogram,
(3) the Enhanced Hunter Education and Safety subprogram,
(4) the Sport Fish Restoration program,
(5) the Recreational Boating Access subprogram,
(6) the Aquatic Resources Education subprogram, and
(7) the Outreach and Communications subprogram.
(c) The terms you, your and I refer to an entity that applies for or receives a WSFR grant. You may also apply to a subgrantee with which a grantee has a formal agreement to construct, operate, or maintain a project.
(d) The terms we, us, and our refer to the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service or Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR).
(e) This part applies to both comprehensive management system grants and project-by-project grants unless a particular section says otherwise.
