The WSFR Branch of Policy completed a series of 12 webinars to introduce a new regulatory process for revision of solicit input on updates of the Wildlife Restoration and Sport Fish Restoration regulations at 50 CFR 80 and creation of 50 CFR 75 to State and Regional partners, along with over 90 highly-important issues that will help with efficient and effective administration of Federal financial assistance.  Webinars the new WSFR Administration regulation at 50 CFR 75. We thank the Regional offices and States for giving us feedback on the many topics that we identified as important enough for us to address in regulation.

Webinars were held on Wednesdays from June through September of 2015.  Issues  Topics addressed ranged from definitions, to coordinating new language with guidance at the Cost Principles, to discussions of highly to updating language to reflect changes due to 2 CFR 200, to addressing highly important, complex matters such as license certification and what kinds of wildlife our Federal funds should support.  An average of over 35 offices with many people called in on certain eligible activities. We will remove the Draft regulations effective early March so that we may review your comments to date and appropriately respond.
