When do funds become available to my recipient to the FWS recipient in ASAP?

Funds are made available to the recipients for drawdown in ASAP the day after the obligation in SAP in FBMS as long as the recipient completed enrollment and , the banking information has been validated, and the award period of performance begin date is the current date or prior.
