WSFR Policy, including the attached guidance documents, are developed using a collaborative process that allows input from grant recipients, stakeholders, and others with expertise and experience. Where applicable, the guidance is reviewed by the Joint Federal/State Task Force on Federal Assistance Policy for their consideration and consensus.   

In April 2021 the DOI Office of the Executive Secretariat and Regulatory Affairs (OES) met and determined to continue the practice of maintaining public-facing access to what is defined as significant guidance under the prior E.O.s. 

Any questions or concerns on these documents should be directed to: Lisa Van Alstyne, WSFR Policy Team Lead. The WSFR Policy Team is working to update all documents to comply with accessibility requirements. If you have concerns in the meantime, please notify Lisa for assistance.
