January, 2016 - WSFR Branch of Policy is working to write a preamble to a draft proposed rule of changes to license certification.  Specific language we propose will depend upon discussion and consensus at the March North American meeting.

April, 2016 - North American conference with AFWA and others.  AFWA endorsed the initiative to move forward with revising multiyear license regulations.  

August, 2016 - Branch of Policy and AFWA legal team finalized proposed changes to the regulation for approval at AFWA's September meeting.  

September, 2016 - AFWA's annual meeting.  Proposed changes were presented at the meeting where Ed Carter discussed the revision process.
