Sep 16, 2015I thought the point of agenda Items 7 and 8 were to consider moving the 'requirement' for proportional drawdown from 50 CFR 80 up to 50 CFR 75 so that it would apply to all WSFR funded programs uniformly. If that is done, the requirement should be removed from 50 CFR 80 to avoid redundancy in regulations. I think, if I understand the proposal, it is a prudent step.
