The Wildlife and Sport Fish Restoration Program (WSFR) unveiled a corrected symbol to use when referring to the Wildlife Restoration and Sport Fish Restoration programs together. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service published a final rule in the Federal Register on August 1, 2011 (76 FR 46510). The language around the previous symbol is in reverse order and this ruling, effective on September 12, 2014, corrects the error.
