Interference means any commercial or recreational activity or encumbrance that is not specifically listed in the award project narrative as being consistent with the purposes for which the award was acquired.

Wildlife means :(1) Indigenous or naturalized (established in a region where it is not indigenous) any non-sport fish indigenous or naturalized species of animals that are:
(i1) Wild and free-ranging, ; or
(ii2) Held in a captive breeding program established to reintroduce individuals of a depleted indigenous species into previously occupied range;
(23) Under the jurisdiction of a State fish and wildlife agency; and
(34) Species other than Not sport fish. Sport fish funding is available under the Sport Fish Restoration program.
