An amendment must be submitted to obtain You must submit an amendment to the Regional Director 's when you wish to obtain their approval for you to:

(f) A change is made in e) Change any part of the State’s CMS subject your CMS, such as to the criteria the Service uses to approve the CMS grant award (such as including the programs included in the CMS grantaward, the financial management system used in the State’s CMS, the organizational structure in the CMS, etcor other components.)

(f) Change any part of your project purpose which imposes new public use restrictions on existing CMS award-funded areas.
