An amendment must be submitted to obtain the Regional Director's approval when you:
(a) Add or delete a project to or from the list;
(b) Increase or decrease the Federal funds obligated on the Grant Agreement;
(c) Revise the rate of Federal participation shown on the Grant Agreement; 
(d) Modify the Grant Agreement period
(e) Make a change in part of your CMS, such as to the criteria the Service uses to approve the CMS grant (including the programs included in the CMS grant, the financial management system used in the State’s CMS, the organizational structure in the CMS, or other components.)
(f) Make a change in part of your project purpose which imposes new public use restrictions on existing CMS award-funded areas.
