Apr 17, 2014Janine - should this definition match the BIG definition since BIG can also fund CVA equipment? I don't know if it would remove an obstacle for people to use CVA instead of BIG for the equipment?

The definition above is used by the US Coast Guard and I think we be cohesive in what they are defining a recreational vessel as.
