Jul 20, 2015It only makes sense to include land acquisition as an eligible activity for Basic and Enhanced HE. Many times a Basic or Enhanced HE project is for construction of an education facility, classroom or shooting range. It is absolutely necessary and reasonable to acquire real property to construct these types of facilities on.
